Welcome to Eden woundcare and diabetic support. By booking our home-visiting nursing services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Clinical services and care delivery

Eden woundcare and diabetic support provides registered general nurse (RGN) led clinical care directly to patients' homes across our service areas. Our care includes specialist wound assessment, dressing changes, diabetic foot care, glucose monitoring, and insulin management. While we provide high-standard, hospital-grade care at home, our service does not replace emergency medical treatment. In the event of an acute medical emergency, please dial 999 immediately.

2. Appointments and cancellations

We strive to provide consistent care with dedicated nurses. To help us maintain reliable scheduling for all patients, we request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in our pricing guidelines.

3. Transparent pricing and payment

We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We communicate payment terms, accepted payment methods, and visit rates before you confirm your appointment and outline them on our transparent pricing page. Invoices must be settled according to the agreed schedule after each visit.

4. Digital visit notes and records

After each clinical visit, we securely compile digital notes and care updates. With patient consent, we may share these records directly with your GP, designated family members, or other relevant healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
