Will I have a care plan?
Yes. Every client receives a personalised care plan, with digital visit notes that can be shared with your GP, family, or other healthcare providers to support full continuity of care.

Will I see the same nurse each time?
Wherever possible, yes. We believe continuity matters, so the same dedicated Registered Nurse attends every visit — building familiarity, trust, and a deeper understanding of your needs over time.

What are your nurses' qualifications?
Our team is led by a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an MSc in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology, meaning we care for the whole person — not just the wound or the condition.
