If needed, we’ll include your first treatment and provide a personalised care plan tailored to your needs.

**STANDARD VISIT**

- **Evenings & Weekends:** We’re available for appointments after 6 pm and on weekends; just let us know—there’s a small extra fee of £15 per visit for this service.  

- **Dressings & Supplies:** Standard dressings are included. For any specialist items or compression bandages, we’ll charge at cost or they can be prescribed by your GP. Rest assured, we’ll always keep you informed before incurring any extra costs.  

- **Cancellations:** You can cancel for free if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made later might incur a 50% charge of the visit fee.  

- **Payment:** We accept bank transfers, cards, or cash. Every visit comes with an itemised receipt for your records.  

- **Private Service:** Please note that our services are private and not provided through the NHS. Some private health insurers may reimburse nursing care costs, so we encourage you to check with your insurer. Our detailed receipts can assist with your claims!
