What to prepare for your booking
To help us prepare your assessment effectively, please have ready a brief description of the wound or diabetic care needed, your current GP surgery details, and any current prescription lists. If helpful, you can share photographs of the wound during our initial consultation so our nursing team arrives with the optimal clinical dressings and supplies.
What happens during your home visit
Your dedicated registered nurse will conduct a thorough 60-minute assessment in the comfort and privacy of your home. We inspect the wound, evaluate tissue viability, review diabetes management, apply advanced dressings, and agree a clear personalised care plan. Transparent digital visit notes are sent immediately after the visit for complete peace of mind.
